NOW: Two suspects identified, charged in Bertrand Township road rage shooting

ORIGINAL: BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- The Berrien County Sheriff's Office reports two men have been identified and charged with the shooting that left one person injured in Bertrand Township on US 12 on June 6.

Authorities say 26-year-old Sean Rader, of Mishawaka, is charged with Accessory After the Fact, a Felony.

Besides Rader, 18-year-old Ryland Mayfield, also of Mishawaka, is charged with three counts of Assault with intent to Murder, one count of Carrying a Concealed Weapon, one count Felony Firearms, and one count Misc Weapons Offence.

Both are lodged at the Berrien County Sheriff’s Office and scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.

This is an ongoing investigation.
