Two people sent to hospital after fire at Nappanee business

NAPPANEE, Ind.— Two people were sent to the hospital on Monday morning after a fire at a Nappanee business.

Firefighters were called to the scene of a fire around 6:30 a.m. Monday at Quality Hardwood Sales on Shawnee Street.

Two people were taken to the hospital for burn-related injuries. Officials did not specify the severity of their injuries.

The fire was under control by 7:30 a.m., according to officials at the scene.
