Trial rescheduled in fatal shooting at Bleachers

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The trial of the man who is accused of shooting and killing Avery Brown in the bathroom of Bleachers has been rescheduled to later in the year.

Timothy Mayberry's trial was scheduled to begin in late August but it has been moved to December 9 at the request of the defense.

Police say surveillance video showed Mayberry going into the bathroom with Brown. When he came out of the bathroom, he tucked something into his waistband, police said.
