Train blocking Douglas Road crossing west of Capital Avenue

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - A train is disabled and blocking the Douglas Road railroad crossing just west of Capital Avenue, according to the St. Joseph County Police Department.

This is causing a major backup in traffic.

Drivers are asked to avoid Douglas west of Capital and east of Fir Road.
