CASS COUNTY, Mich. -- The Cass County Sheriff's Office reported that it arrested three people on sought charges of Possession of Meth Tuesday evening.

The Cass County Sheriff's office conducted a search warrant in the 1800 block of Brownsville Street in Calvin Township after reports of felonious assault around 7 p.m. Tuesday.

While arresting a 28-year-old man, the Sheriff's office says deputies found methamphetamine and related paraphernalia before obtaining a search warrant and seizing the drugs.

The 28-year-old man was arrested on charges of Felonious Assault and Possession of Meth. In addition, a 59-year-old woman was arrested with charges of Possession of Meth and Maintaining a Drug House sought, and a 21-year-old woman arrested for Possession of Meth

The names of the defendants are being withheld until after arraignment on charges.
