A Winter Weather Advisory is issued for Berrien, Cass, and St. Joseph counties in Michigan, as well as Northern LaPorte, St. Joseph, Elkhart, and Lagrange counties in Indiana from 8AM today until 11AM Tuesday. Snow accumulation through Tuesday morning over 3 inches possible for areas in the aforementioned counties, particularly our friends close to the lake. Widespread snow through the morning today, transitioning to a lake effect flow in the afternoon. Gusty conditions continue, with low visibility and slick conditions expected during commute times today and tomorrow. Highs settle in the mid 20s for St. Patrick's Day, through feels-like temperatures are expected to be in the single digits into Wednesday morning. Wednesday does start a warm up, after some morning snow, with some more sun expected in the back half of the week. A return to more mild temperatures into the weekend.
