The slightest chance of rain this weekend

Fair and mild mid-December weather continues through the end of the week, highs will be near 50 degrees through Sunday, Friday is likely to be the mildest day. Clouds return for the weekend and there is a slight chance of rain Saturday night, overall the pattern remains dry, and snow-free. Next week is slightly cool, but highs above 40 degrees are still mild for December. The odds of a White Christmas remains low.
