Today will end a lot like yesterday—mostly cloudy and cold. Lows will fall to the upper 20s tonight; it will feel a bit cooler due to the presence of southerly winds. However, highs will jump above freezing next week. The warmer air will help melt remaining snow and ice on surfaces.

The chance for rain showers on Tuesday has increased a bit; so light showers are possible during the day. Temperatures continue to climb through the week, with highs reaching the 40s and the 50s in reach. However, as temperatures get warmer, the chance for more rain showers return—especially by the end of the week. Details of exact timing and rainfall amounts are still fuzzy. Stay tuned for updates.

Temperatures will gradually cool down during the weekend, so the potential flash freeze is low, but still present. There is an increased chance for snow on Saturday as temperatures cool. Highs return to normal going into the following week.

Tonight: Some clearing, cold. Low 26.

Monday: Warming, Partly sunny. High 38.
