ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The St. Joseph County VA Health Center is now offering COVID-19 boosters of the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines to area veterans.

The St. Joseph location is offering Moderna booster shots on Tuesdays and both Moderna and Johnson & Johnson boosters on Thursdays.

If a veteran received the Pfizer vaccine but wants the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine as a booster, they are asked to bring their vaccination card to the health center in order to get it.  

A number of other clinics in the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System are offering boosters, including:

• Fort Wayne VA Walk-In Clinic-Auditorium, Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00am – 11:00am
• Marion VA Walk-in Clinic- Atrium, Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00am – 11:00am
• Muncie CBOC, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Peru CBOC, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
