St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department investigating car burglaries

The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a string of car burglaries reported around the 24000 block of Prairie Corners Road in Mendon Township.
According to Sheriff Balk, the thefts took place between 6:00 p.m. Friday and 6:00 a.m. Saturday.
Police say the suspects entered several vehicles near a residence and stole power tools and money.
