Spring starting early, weekend warm-up

Spring appears to be starting early, clouds break, and temperatures rise into the weekend. With rapid loss of snowpack, reach 50s seems attainable as more yards change from snow white, to a dormant brown lawn. The melt may be somewhat quick but there's little rain in the forecast, meaning flooding does not look to be a concern.
