South Bend Police Department names a new captain

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - There's a new police captain helping tackle gun violence in South Bend.

Around 9:00 a.m. today, the Board of Public Safety promoted Kyle Dombrowski.

Dombrowski will oversee the Strategic Focus Unit, tasked with curbing gang and gun violence in South Bend.
