South Bend police chase ends in crash

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - A high speed police chase began in South Bend near Roger Street and North Johnson Street around 4:52 p.m. EST. Monday evening.
The pursuit lasted approximately ten minutes before the vehicle crashed near the 1600 block of Marquette Boulevard and Portage Avenue.
The vehicle involved in the chase and subsequent crash was reportedly stolen, according to the South Bend Police Department.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
