South Bend man sentenced for intent to distribute meth

A South Bend man was sentenced to seven years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, according to the US Attorney's Office.

Cody Miller, 28, was sentenced to seven years in federal prison followed by four years supervised release.

On July 24, 2019, federal agents executed a search warrant at Miller's residence and located approximately 160 grams of methamphetamine.
