South Bend man pleads guilty to Possession of a Firearm with nine-year sentence

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A 46-year-old man from South Bend was sentenced to prison on May 14 after pleading guilty to Possession of a Firearm while a convicted felon.

Terrence Baker was sentenced to 9 years and one month in prison followed by 3 years of supervised release for Possession of a Firearm while having prior felony convictions for Armed Robbery and Possession of Cocaine.

Baker's conviction comes after he shot at an occupied South Bend house at least eight times and threatened the occupant over a $500 dispute.
