South Bend man charged with sexual misconduct with a minor

Saint Joseph County Jail SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- A South Bend man is arrested after being charged with one count of sexual misconduct with a minor.
On Feb. 12, a 14-year-old juvenile told police 31-year-old Mathew Jacobsen touched her inappropriately after asking her to 'crack his back' and saying he would return the favor.
Jacobsen reportedly exposed himself to the 14-year-old girl and put his hand under her shirt and inappropriately touch her.
Jacobsen has an initial hearing for this case set for March 20.
