South Bend Common Council to discuss "drivers card" for undocumented residents

Should undocumented immigrants be allowed to legally drive?
South Bend Common Council members will discuss a resolution at their regular meeting, Monday, to support legislation creating a "Drivers Card" for undocumented residents in place of a drivers license.
The resolution, written by council member Sheila Niezgodski, has seven co-sponsors on the Common Council.
