SOUTH BEND, Ind. – South Bend will join cities across the country in celebrating the ninth annual Kids to Parks Day.
It is happening at Kennedy Park on Westmore Street from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
There will be outdoor games and activities, music, special performances and community resources.
