Enjoy the fairly quiet evening before widespread snow moves into Michiana overnight. Snowfall will last until tomorrow morning—accumulations are expected to be around 1-2 inches, with higher amounts near the lakeshore. Impacts include slick roads and blowing snow through Sunday night. Temperatures get cold once again on Monday, with lows in the single digits and highs in the 20s . Luckily, temperatures peak above freezing by midweek, bringing another chance of widespread snow and mixed precipitation. We are watching Wednesday for the potential of icy roads and black ice development. Stay tuned for updates. Temperatures fall again by the end of next week, with more snow chances present.

Sunday: AM snow, some clearing by afternoon. High 30.
Monday: Frigid, mostly cloudy. High 21.
Tuesday: PM Chance for rain/snow mix. High 34.
