ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- On Friday, the St. Joseph County Police Department arrested 33-year-old Marquese Henderson on a violation of a court order after he fled from officers on foot. 

"On Friday, our Warrants Unit received information that brought them to the 1800 block of S. Chapin Street," SJPD said. "When they approached Henderson, he ran! He was located and arrested in the 1900 Block of Kendall Street a short time later."

Henderson's court order had underlying charges of:

• Felony Leaving the scene of an accident while committing an OWI and causing serious bodily injury
• Felony resisting law enforcement
