MISHAWAKA,Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department provided a ceremonial escort Thursday evening for local athletes to compete in the 2025 Special Olympics Indiana Summer Games in Terre Haute. The escort highlighted the community’s support and celebrated the athletes’ dedication and hard work.
The summer games are set to begin Friday with more than 2,400 athlete from around the state of Indiana.
