Six people arrested during search in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. – Six people were arrested on Thursday when police executed a search warrant on Wolf Avenue, the Elkhart Police Department announced.

At 8:32 p.m., officers searched a residence in the 700 block of W. Wolf Avenue.

During the search, six people were taken into custody on a number of charges:

  • Tabitha Wagner, 53:
    • Possession of methamphetamine
    • Possession of marijuana
    • Maintaining a common nuisance
    • Outstanding, unrelated warrant
  • Bradley Rieger, 45:
    • Possession of methamphetamine
    • Possession of a syringe
    • Visiting a common nuisance
  • John Wagner, 46:
    • Manufacturing/dealing in methamphetamine
    • Possession of methamphetamine
    • Possession of marijuana
    • Maintaining a common nuisance
  • Tara Sternaman, 47:
    • Manufacturing/dealing in methamphetamine
    • Possession of methamphetamine
    • Possession of marijuana
    • Dealing a controlled substance
    • Maintaining a common nuisance
    • Health-legend drug prescription violation
  • Mark Fitzwater, 56:
    • Possession of marijuana
    • Visiting a common nuisance
    • Outstanding, unrelated warrant
  • Aaron Hall, 34:
    • Possession of methamphetamine
    • Possession of marijuana
    • Controlled substance – common nuisance

All were taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
