Silver alert declared for missing teen from LaPorte

LAPORTE COUNTY, Ind. – The LaPorte Police Department has issued a silver alert Saturday for 15-year-old Emmaleigh Atwater who is missing from LaPorte. She was last seen October 6th at 1:30 p.m.
Emmaleigh is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches, brown hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a black hoodie, black fuzzy coat, and black jeans.
She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
