ABC 57 SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth announced Walnut Road has fully closed between Lincoln Highway and Edison Road until May 2.
Detour signs will be in place and crews will be working Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The work is NIPSCO related.
Motorists are asked to exercise caution around work zones and follow posted signs.
