SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The school board confirming overnight that superintendent Mansour Eid will stay in the position for the 2025-2026 school year and no nationwide search will take place at the end of this month.
Eid was appointed to fill in temporarily after the ousting of former superintendent Dr. Todd Cummings, he left the district in the middle of an investigation into allegations of grade inflation, improper credits issued and potential money mismanagement.
