Plans to restore Center City Place to former glory
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The nonprofit Imani Unidad held an event at their community harm reduction and outreach center on Lincoln Way West Friday afternoon.
They served up barbecue and a number of resources for the community along with other partners.
Among the offerings free HIV and Hepatitis C testing, Fentanyl Testing Strips, and Narcan, a drug that can reverse a deadly overdose.
