MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A 32-year-old man is in jail after being wanted for five separate warrants.

The St. Joseph County Police Department reports the suspect, Tanner Overton, was located in the attic of a home in the 600 block of 8th Street.

Overton was located by the Warrants Division, assisted by the U.S. Marshals Service and Mishawaka Street Crimes.

Overton is facing three counts of Burglary and Theft, Resisting by Flight, Resisting by Flight and Resisting, Possession of Meth, and Theft.

Another person, 33-year-old Taylor Hires, was also arrested for Assisting a Criminal.
