MISHAWKA, Ind,. -- The city of Mishawka announced that the intersection of S. Byrkit Ave and E. Seventh St will be closed beginning at 7 am on Tuesday, September 2nd, due to utility installations. Truck traffic will be detoured to Capital Ave using Lincolnway East and E. Twelfth St. Weather permitting, this closure is expected to be in place until 6 pm on Friday, September 12th.

Barricades and signage will be in place during this closure. Motorists are requested to use caution to ensure the safety of the crews working in this area
