MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Resale to the Rescue is celebrating its fifth anniversary this weekend by marking everything off at a 40 percent discount to continue their mission of donating to area charities.
The non-profit store resells a wide variety of items in order to send all of the proceeds to help combat against animal cruelty and abuse.
“It’s hard to find ways that you can help in a large amount at one time and this is the way we do it. The money stays here in the community and it goes to several organizations that do different things, so our goal is to become a no-kill city,” said Ann Rudasics, the Co-manager of Resale to the Rescue.
The store says they are always accepting monetary donations, item donations, and the time of volunteers.
