Frank Lucchese held the position for 16 years before losing the primary election on Tuesday.
“The main reason I’m running is right now about three major projects we’re right in the middle of that I really want to see through,” said Lucchese. “Our consolidated court project, which we’ve just broken ground in. we have a large dark fiber network project we’ve been working on for years and it’s really just starting to take off.”
