Patchy fog will persist this evening and overnight as air temperatures remain above freezing, while surface temperatures may be colder. Mostly cloudy skies will help keep overnight lows mild, hovering in the mid to upper 30s. Despite some sunshine today, temperatures struggled to rise, staying in the low 40s. However, Monday brings calmer and milder conditions, with highs reaching the 50s under mostly cloudy skies.
This brief warm-up won’t last long, as Tuesday’s highs are expected to drop back to the mid-30s. The next chance of precipitation arrives Wednesday into Thursday morning, starting as a rain/snow mix before transitioning to all rain. Temperatures will return to the 30s to close out the week, with another chance of precipitation by the weekend.
Tonight: Decreasing clouds, cold. Low 35.
Monday: Partly cloudy, mild. High 52.
Tuesday: Significantly colder, precip chances overnight. High 35.
Wednesday: AM rain/snow mix, then PM rain showers. High 37.
