PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- The Plymouth Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a truck owner involved in a recent hit-and-run case.

The police have provided an image from a nearby security camera.

Police describe the truck as a 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado Z71 with front end damage to the bumper.
