BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- It was an old-fashioned slugfest in Stevensville Friday night. The Niles Vikings stayed true to their word, leaning on their offensive line for a 16-0 win over the Lakeshore Lancers. A total of 17 passes combined were thrown by both teams in route to a Vikings win.
Last year’s state runners-up now head 2-0 on the season, and the Lancers move to 0-2.
