Pickleball Social in honor of Ray Comer at Boehm Park Saturday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Venues, Parks & Arts announced they will host a Pickleball Social to honor and celebrate Ray Comer, the "founding father" of pickleball in Michiana, on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Boehmer Park Ray Comer courts.

Pickleball instruction by Michiana Pickleball Club instructors starts at 10 a.m.

Open play for every skill level is from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

You can register to participate in the introductory class or open play online.

The event is free and open to the public.
