PHM drops mask mandate

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind.-- The Penn-Harris-Madison school board voted to make masking optional in the school district starting Thursday.

The vote was a unanimous decision at Monday’s meeting.

The district will stop following the counties weekly metrics like it has been.
