Part of Generations Drive to close starting Thursday for utility work

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth announced underground utility installation will occur on Generations Drive starting Thursday.

Officials say the work is expected to last seven to 10 days.

The closure will begin just past the entrance to AHEPA 100 Apartments at 53871 Generations Dr.

Officials say from there, the Emerald Pointe Apartments and all other facilities within the northwest quadrant of Generations Drive will be accessed by traveling on Generations Drive to the east, up, and around the loop to the west, then south to the north side of the road closure.
