SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Former South Bend School Superintendent, Dr.Todd Cummings, could be fired from his new job as soon as Tuesday night, for allegedly lying on his application about his time here in Michiana.
The Paradise Valley School board in Scottsdale, Arizona will vote on first steps in the process of dismissing Cummings
Trustees there citing 14 instances of unprofessional conduct and breach of contract.
Dr. Cummings left South Bend last February with another year and half on his contract.
He was paid $225 thousand for the final year, but he allegedly lied about it when the school corporation asked directly before he was hired.
