Traffic on S.R. 2 has the right of way.

The report states a 2011 Nissan Versa, driven by 19-year-old Shakiyah Alexander of South Bend, was traveling east on S.R. 2 when for unknown reasons Wesolowski's Corolla entered onto S.R. 2 in front of the Nissan, resulting in a crash.

Wesolowski suffered serious Injuries and was taken to Memorial Hospital.

Alexander and their 22-yar-old passenger suffered minor injuries.

Police don't believe alcohol or speed to be a factor.
