One person shot at Miami Hills Apartments in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- According to police, one person was shot Sunday afternoon in South Bend.
Police say they are investigating a shooting that happened around 4:30 p.m. at Miami Hills Apartments on High Street.
Officers found one victim who was shot multiple times and later transported to the hospital.
The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
Police are working to investigate possible suspects.
