UPDATE: On Sept.3 a forensic autopsy was performed, and it was determined that 2-year-old Hudson Baldridge's cause of death was confirmed as a drowning.
Toxicology reports are still pending and there is no suspicion of foul play at this time.
ORIGINAL: WARSAW, Ind. -- At approximately 12:27 p.m. the Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory and Lutheran EMS were dispatched to Gillam Drive North, on the northwest side of Center Lake, for a report of a double drowning.
Upon arrival two minors were pulled from the water and resuscitative efforts were performed.
One victim was airlifted to a Fort Wayne hospital and remains in critical condition, and the other victim was transported to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital and was pronounced dead shortly after.
This is an ongoing investigation, and all names are currently being withheld.
