A look into the new South Bend Cubs 2026 roster
SOUTH BEND, Ind. –– Life without sports has been a reality for weeks now, but while fans await the eventual return, coronavirus hasn't stopped Notre Dame football from preparing for what's ahead. In fact, Coach Brian Kelly has turned to programs like Zoom to continue getting his team and staff ready for fall.
"[We've had] Zoom meetings, we’ve had some installation as if it’s been a spring practice. We’ve added to our playbook through these meetings. We’re using video. We’re using some of the technology that Zoom has where we can have some handouts," Kelly said.
Despite the adjustments being made, Kelly said when athletic activity does return, his team will need a handful of weeks for preparation before his players are game ready.
