SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The barber responsible for most of the Notre Dame players’ haircuts opened his new shop Saturday, August 24.
Julio Rodriguez has built a reputation with many of the Notre Dame athletes who have been coming to him for the past five years.
Rodriguez has been giving barber cuts in his parent’s basement up until now, when he is finally able to open a shop after much hard work.
“Just a lot of hard work. I’ve been in here every weekend and every other day, when I got time, I came in here just trying to advance it and make it look good. It’s finally that time,” Rodriguez said.
His new shop, Exclusive Studios, is now located in downtown Mishawaka where many Notre Dame players are expected to make a continued appearance.
