RENSSELEAR, Ind.--No fine. That is the decision by Indiana Labor Officials.
They looked into a proposed fine against the Indiana Department of Transportation after a worker was killed on the job. A nearly $2,000 fine was proposed after the July death of 54-year-old, Tony Northcutt.
Northcutt was accidentally run over on the job by another construction worker with a dump truck.
