NILES, Mich. -- The Niles Bluegrass festival is underway this weekend at Riverfront Amphitheater. The music was flowing despite the concerns about air quality. Attendees can expect carnival rides, fair food, craft vendors, games and more.
It is free to attend and things pick back up tomorrow from noon to 11p.m and again Sunday from noon to 8:30p.m
