NEW PRAIRIE, Ind. -- The New Prairie Community banding together again to support Lucas Bradshaw Sunday Afternoon. The JV baseball player suffered severe injuries from the devastating bus accident back in May. The fundraiser was held at the high school, where meals complete with pulled pork, carrots, potatoes, cole slaw, and more were sold this afternoon.
ABC57 spoke to volunteer Jeff Baltes to learn what inspired him to put this fundraiser together. The community came out in full force, with over 400 meal tickets being sold and donations made to the family.
