SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Notre Dame softball has already secured its second-straight 30-win season, but the Irish want more. Postseason success is the goal this year as always, and thanks to a recent run of success, that may be well within reach.
Behind a white-hot offense that leads the ACC in batting average and runs scored in conference play, the Irish are just one game out of leading the Atlantic Division entering the final weekend. Entering the three-game home stand against Georgia Tech, they have won six straight. Individually, senior Cait Brooks belted a record-setting homer for the single-season mark last week and now has a chance to break the career record as well.
But through all of this, the Irish know they have to keep their focus for the last three games at Cook Stadium. Hear from the team in the video above!
