South Bend Community Police Review Board met Thursday night
SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. -- Lisa MacDonald, the mother of a 2022 drowning victim at South Beach, will be speaking directly to city council members and South Haven Mayor, Annie Brown at Monday nights’ city council meeting.
MacDonald will be addressing the lack of lifeguards at beaches in South Haven. She believes that if lifeguards had been present when her daughter, Emily MacDonald, and Emily’s boyfriend, Kory Erstner, drowned, they would still be alive today.
ABC57 will have updates on Nighteam at 10 and 11.
