ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Tuesday, December 21, 2021
Happy official first day of Winter 2021! Our weather across Michiana is fairly quiet leading up to Christmas. Patchy dense fog is possible early Tuesday morning. Highs will be back in the 40s with a mixture of sun and clouds by this afternoon. A cold front will move through the area tonight, but it won't bring us any measurable rain or snow. Instead, we'll just be a bit colder on Wednesday, as temperatures fight to get above freezing. Milder air returns for Thursday and Christmas Eve Friday, with highs near 50 to end the week. Rain is likely on Christmas Eve, but we should be dry for the holiday itself as temperatures are closer to 40 degrees.
Today: Fog early, then partly sunny. High 42.
Tonight: Increasing clouds and cold. Low 24.
Tomorrow: Some breaks of afternoon sunshine. Colder. High 32.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy and a bit milder. High 40.
Friday (Christmas Eve): Rainy and very mild. High 50.
