UPDATE: SBPD announced Debra Scott has been located as of 11:25 a.m. Her family has also been notified.

ORIGINAL STORY: SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police Department reports they are actively working to locate 67-year-old Debra Scott, who has been reported as a missing person. Debra has health issues that cause concern for her wellbeing.

SBPD describes her as a 5'6, 150 lbs, thin build, with short gray hairs and brown eyes.

Debra was last seen on April 1, around noon, in the 2500 block of Kenwood Ave in South Bend.
