Mishawaka VFW Post 360 hosting Thanksgiving meal for veterans

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The Mishawaka Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 360 is holding its 3rd annual Thanksgiving for Veterans event on Thanksgiving Day at their location at 1307 East Jefferson Boulevard from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.  

Organizers say the event is intended to honor the service veterans have provided with a heartfelt meal.

Veterans and their families are invited to share in a complimentary dinner on Thanksgiving Day with doors opening at 1 p.m.

Those interested in attending will need to RSVP by calling VFW Post 360 after 2 p.m. at 574-255-4125.

The deadline to register is Wednesday, Nov. 27.

Individuals and organizations interested in making food or monetary donations for the event should contact the same number.
